About Us
The Southeast Michigan Business Services Directory is a tool to help plug your business customers into the Southeast Michigan Business Services Network, which is comprised of organizations and individuals who are dedicated to helping businesses and employers in Southeast Michigan turn their problems into solutions. It is a tool that will help you identify and engage business service providers to work with you to meet your business customers' needs. It is a tool that can be used to refer your business customers to services your organization might not provide. However, we recommend that you act as your business customers' "business concierge" by not only referring them to resources but following up with them to assure customer satisfaction.
